About DataInfra Hub

We help product organisations in Korea and abroad decide whether their application event pipelines still deserve the trust placed in their reports.

Why we exist

Application analytics only guides decisions when events keep their meaning from the interface to the warehouse. DataInfra Hub was formed in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, after repeated board-pack revisions traced back to renamed events, late mobile flushes, and partner filters never applied to product dashboards.

We are not a software vendor. We run assessments, reconciliations, and workshops with the people who own tracking plans and the people who read the figures—so fixes land where releases actually happen.

How we work

Engagements stay bounded. We agree which applications, event families, and reports matter before sampling begins. Findings are written for mixed audiences: enough technical precision for engineers, enough narrative clarity for analytics and finance readers. We leave remediation sequenced, not theatrical.

Where we sit

Our office is at 633-11,Yeongdeungpobon-dongYeongdeungpo-guSeoulKorea. Much of the work is remote; on-site sessions in Seoul are available when definitions need a shared room. We favour Korean and English working sessions depending on the stakeholder group.

What we value

  • Evidence over opinion—reproducible gaps before recommendations.
  • Named ownership—dictionaries and backlogs with roles attached.
  • Honest residual risk—when a variance remains unexplained, we say so.
  • Respect for release calendars—assessments timed around what teams can actually change.
