This notice explains how DataInfra Hub (“we”) handles personal data when you visit datainfrahub.digital or inquire about our assessments.

Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, message content, selected assessment, optional scope notes).
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed when essential for security or, if you accept, analytics cookies.
- Engagement materials you share during paid work (tracking plans, sample exports, stakeholder names) under the statement of work.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted assessments, improve site reliability, meet legal obligations, and—only with consent—measure aggregate site usage.
Legal bases
Depending on context and applicable Korean and international rules, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, legal obligation, and consent for optional analytics cookies.
Retention
- Inquiry forms: up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement.
- Engagement records: typically 5 years after project close for accounting and dispute handling, unless law requires longer.

Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under confidentiality obligations, or with authorities when legally required.
International transfers
If tools or processors store data outside the Republic of Korea, we take reasonable contractual and organisational measures appropriate to the transfer and the sensitivity of the data.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection, and withdraw cookie consent. Contact us at contact@datainfrahub.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in Korea or another competent authority.
Security
We apply access controls and need-to-know limits for engagement materials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data through the public contact form.
Children
Our services are directed to professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this notice by posting a revised version with a new date.
