Terms of use
Last updated: 30 July 2026
These terms govern access to the DataInfra Hub website at datainfrahub.digital and the professional services described on it. By using the site or engaging our assessments, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance
If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services. Organisations that engage us do so through a written scope or statement of work that supplements these terms.
Services
DataInfra Hub provides human-delivered assessments, reconciliations, workshops, and related advisory work concerning application event quality and reporting accuracy. Website content is informational. Fees quoted online are guidance only until confirmed in writing. We do not operate payment checkout on this site.
Intellectual property
Site design, copy, and materials we publish remain the property of DataInfra Hub unless otherwise noted. Client deliverables become the client’s to use internally under the engagement agreement. You may not scrape, republish, or resell site content without prior written consent.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful access to samples, and timely stakeholder availability. You remain responsible for implementing remediation inside your systems and for any decisions taken on the basis of our findings.
Confidentiality
Non-public materials shared during an engagement are treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed work, subject to legal compulsion and the privacy notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DataInfra Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or from business decisions made after an assessment. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Warranties
The site is provided “as is.” Professional work is performed with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that findings uncover every defect or that reports will remain accurate after subsequent releases without further review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
